Allan served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for 7 years prior to joining the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) where he spent almost 3 decades living and working in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. During his CSIS career Allan held the following positions: Chief of Counterterrorism, Director of Middle East and Africa Operations, and Director General of Global Operations. As part of his global remit, he managed the Service’s worldwide liaison and operational collection programs, and directed foreign counter terrorism operations in Afghanistan, the Middle East and Africa.
Allan’s last position with CSIS was with the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for Canada’s analytic and operational engagements with its US counterparts. Allan brings an exceptionally unique and powerful perspective to ELi, with an incredible insight into the world of intelligence and security.

Dave currently leads ELi’s operations in the United States and also serves as an Advisory Board Member. He brings a strong global security and intelligence background to ELi with in-depth experience in risk management, business intelligence, geopolitical advisory, cybersecurity, client and investor relations, and account management.
Before ELi, Dave served as a CIA operative and as an intelligence officer with the US Navy. Dave earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and also briefly worked as an auxiliary police officer with the NYPD. He is a dedicated leader and team manager with unique abilities in people assessment and relationship building/management.

A specialist in business communications and market analyses, with a background in sector-specialist journalism and media production, Euan has held several senior positions focusing on technology-intensive industries.
As the first director of the Business Information Centre, BIC, at the prestigious Stockholm School of Economics he created and developed a research service that boasted all major management consultancies in Sweden, as well as MNEs in multiple sectors, as clients.
For many years Euan served as Trade Commissioner for Canada in ICT, transportation, and automotive in Sweden, and latterly in Finland, providing business intelligence and consultation to both major enterprises and SMEs.
Earlier in his career, Scott brought creative drive and enterprise to the office of Information Director at United States Information Service, USIS, in Stockholm. He transformed services based on a proactive policy of closely-defined objectives, leading to advisory assignments at USIS offices in other European locations.
